摘要
目的探讨经胃十二指肠造瘘减压在十二指肠手术中的应用效果。方法对23例十二指肠手术的患者,经胃前壁置入造瘘管达十二指肠,进行十二指肠减压引流。结果22例治愈,5d后肠功能恢复,经造瘘管行十二指肠造影,无造影剂外漏,即可滴入营养液,2周后拨管,1例合并胰腺损伤,术后4d大出血,多脏器功能不全死亡,随访6个月～3年无远期并发症发生。结论经胃十二指肠造瘘减压能有效降低十二指肠手术后并发症,简化手术操作,有一定的临床实用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effective of gastroduodenal decompression in the duodenum ostomy surgery results. Methods 23 cases of patients with duodenal surgery,the anterior wall of the stomach into the duodenum up to build fistula,duodenal decompression drainage. Results 22 cases were cured, 5 days after the restoration of intestinal function,made by the Bank of duodenal fistula contrast,no contrast agent leakage can trickle of nutrient solution,set aside 2 weeks after the tube,1 case of the combined injury of the pancreas,surgery 4 days after the massive,muhi-organ dysfunction was killed,were followed up for 6 months to three years without long-term complications. Conclusion Gastroduodenal decompression ostomy can effectively reduce post-operative complications duodenum,simplified operation,a clinical practical value.
