摘要
道德教育是关于生命尊严与幸福的言说与实践。这表明了道德教育是自由的领域。由此出发,从权利的视角把握道德教育,有助于捍卫人的尊严与幸福。作为一种文化现象,权利的内涵非常丰富,它确定了个人对社会和他人的要求的正当性质与合理界限,突出了个人尊严。权利视野中的道德教育包括三个方面的内涵,即在价值论上把人作为最高目的,在社会与个体关系上真正尊重个体权利,在内容上关注人权与正义主题。
Moral education is the narration and practice of life dignity and happiness, which means that it is a field of freedom. Viewing moral education in the perspective of right will help to protect individual's dignity and happiness. As a cultural phenomenon, right is full of meanings. It confirms the justice and reasonableness of individual's requirement towards the society and others, and takes individual's dignity as a priority. There are three dimensions of moral education in the perspective of right, that is, considering human being as the most important end, respecting individual's right in the relationship of society and individual, and concerning on the themes of human rights and justice in the content.
