摘要
兼容性对网络性产品的生产厂商市场定价和消费者选择购买该产品是至关重要的.通过构造两类消费者的效用函数,建立了双头垄断兼容性的一般模型,并计算了防降价均衡中的价格、厂商利润、消费者效用和社会福利;同时通过三种特殊兼容性模型即完全兼容、完全不兼容和单向兼容的计算,得出了兼容性是如何影响价格、厂商利润、消费者效用和社会福利.最后通过银行ATM兼容性实例分析,得出以下结论:针对厂商来说,生产兼容机比生产不兼容机获利多;针对消费者来说,生产不兼容机比生产兼容机获取的效用多;针对社会福利来说,生产兼容机比生产不兼容机社会福利大.
Compatibility is very important to the producting and marketing of the network products. This paper constructs two types of consumer utility function, and creates a general model of duopoly compatibility. Also, it calculates the defense equilibrium prices, the profits of manufacturers, the utility of consumers, and the social welfare. Based on compatibility of three special models, which are the complete compatibility, the incomplete compatibility and one-way compatibility, we get the reasons of compatibility affecting the defense equilibrium prices, the profits of manufacturers, the utility of consumers, and the social welfare. Through analysis of bank ATM compatibility, some conclusions can be gotten. To manufacturers, producing compatible machine get more profits than that of uncompatible machine;to consumers, producing uncompatible machine get more values than that of compatible machine; to social welfare, producing compatible machine get more welfares than that of uncompatible machine.
