摘要
对华北地区10所大学体育、文科、理科1250(男662,女588)名大学生的生命质量与体育锻炼因素间的关系进行了研究。结果显示:体育类大学生生命质量高于文科、理科大学生,并存在显著性差异。造成这些差异的主要原因是与体育锻炼因素不同有关。行为态度、目标态度、行为认知、情感体验、主观标准对生命质量专业类别差异造成的影响不如行为习惯、行为控制感和行为意向对其产生的影响大。提示,在学校教育过程中,学校应重视通过体育教育途径提高大学生参与体育锻炼的程度,促进和提高大学生的生命质量水平。
This paper makes study on relation between college student' s quality of life and exercise factors of 1 250 university sports majors and university students majoring in liberal arts and science (male students 662 and female students 588) from 10 universities. The result revealed that the sports major student' s quality of life was much more than the students majoring in liberal arts and in science. The main reasons causing this phenomenon are the difference of exercise factors. The difference on student 's quality of life between specialize category caused by action attitude, objective attitude, action cognition, emotion, subjective standard is less than that of action habit, action control and action intention. Consequently, in the process of university education, the schools should try to encourage the students to exercise and improve the student's quality of life.
