摘要 分子标记是一种新类型的遗传标记,作为研究生物遗传变异和进化关系的重要手段,其快速发展与应用对水稻分子生物学和生物技术的发展起着巨大的推动作用。通过综述20多种分子标记技术的原理、一般特点、和检测技术及在水稻遗传研究中的应用现状,并对分子标记技术的应用前景予以展望。 Molecular marking is new genetic markers,it is a chief means that investigate genetic variation ande volution,the development and application of molecular marking are playing an active role in molecularb iology and biotechnology progress of rice.This paper introduces the basic principle,character and method ofm ore than 20 variety of molecular marking technologies so far,and reviews applied status quo in investigateg enetic variation and evolution of rice.
