摘要 介绍我国大型火电厂的现场总线控制系统(FCS)应用现状。为使FCS的系统设计规范化和流程化,引入"现场总线网络"的概念,指出:与DCS相比,FCS的系统设计主要在其现场总线网络的设计。基于PROFIBUS总线,遵循该总线欧洲标准和IEC标准,给出FCS现场总线网络的设计流程和设计方法;以华能九台电厂2×660MW机组主机FCS为例,介绍现场总线网络设计方法的实际应用,并探讨设计过程中需考虑的问题,如设计院与FCS厂家工作的划分和配合、FCS一体化和对外通信等,提出合理化建议供参考。 The application of FCS (Fieldbus Control System) were introduced for large thermal power plants in China. In order to implement a standardized and procedure design, fieldbus network was introduced as a new concept. Compared with conventional DCS, the design of FCS mainly focused on the fieldbus network design. In accordance with EN50170 and IEC61158-2, the design procedure and methods of FCS fieldbus network based on PROFIBUS were presented and applied in the FCS design of Huaneng Jiutai Power Plant. Several issues related to FCS design were discussed, such as the coordination between design institutes and FCS suppliers, the integration and communication between FCS and the third-party systems, based on which some reasonable suggestions were proposed for reference.
