炳灵水电站轴承润滑系统设计选择

摘要 炳灵水电站在国内首创将水库的泄洪溢流明渠修建在厂房顶部的布置方式。电站水轮发电机组轴承设计特点为负荷大、转速低,为低速重载轴承,因而轴承润滑系统的合理设计和布置是机组的安全稳定运行的重要保证。对当前国内大型贯流机组普遍采用的几种润滑方式进行分析,结合炳灵水电站厂房布置的特点,优化设计,选用了适合本电站的轴承润滑方式。 An optimum design that floodway is built on the top of powerhouse is created in the Bingling hydropower station .It has 5 sets of 48MW bulb-type unit, with maximum operation 25.7 meter and turbine runner diameter 6.2 meter. Large_load and low_speed is the characteristic of bearing of the Bingling hydropower so that the unit bearing lubrication system design and layout is a key guarantee for the safe and stable operation .This paper analyze the different kinds of bearing lubrication solution normally used for large capacity bulb-type unit. A new suitable bearing lubrication system is accepted according to the powerhouse arrangement.
