摘要
师生互动模式是师生间相互作用方式和特点的集中体现,对师生双方的发展与教育具有重要影响,因而研究师生互动模式的形成过程,对建构积极、适宜的师生互动,促进儿童发展与教育具有重要意义。师生互动模式的形成具有一定的规律性,主要经历相遇和初步认识——师生互动模式的选择和初步确立,调整和适应——师生互动模式的基本成型,连续性影响——师生互动模式的形成和习惯化,以及网络化影响与在场效应——整体互动氛围的形成及对师生互动模式的强化等过程。
The teacher-student interaction pattern is the concentrated embodiment of interactive mode and characteristic between teacher and student, which have important influence on the development and education of teacher and student. The research on formation course of the interactive pattern of teacher-student is of important significance to construct positive and suitable interaction between teacher and student and promote children's development and education. The research shows that the formation of the interactive pattern of teacher-student has certain regularity, mainly experiencing meeting and preliminary cognition which is the choice and preliminary establishment of the interactive pattern of teacherstudent, adjustment and adaptability which is the basic molding of the interactive pattern of teacher-student, continuous influence which is the formation of the interactive pattern of teacher-student, and the habitation and networking influence and on-the-spot effect which are the courses such as the formation of integrated and interactive atmosphere and the reinforcement of the interactive pattern of teacher-student.
