鼻内翻性乳头状瘤复发因素及对策

摘要 鼻内翻性乳头状瘤（nasal inverted papilloma，NIP）在组织学上虽为良性肿瘤，但是局部呈侵袭性生长，手术治疗后容易复发，而且有恶变的可能。目前关于其病因、生长、复发机制仍不清楚。本文复习近年的有关文献，就与内翻性乳头状瘤复发、恶变相关因素及综合治疗问题综述如下。
