乳牙根生理性吸收不同时期RANKL的mRNA表达

Expression of RANKL mRNA during different stages of physiological root resorption of human primary teeth

摘要 目的探讨核因子κB受体活化剂配体(receptor activator of the nuclear factor-κappaB lig and,RANKL)在人乳牙根生理性吸收不同时期的表达及作用。方法临床选取牙根生理性吸收早期、吸收中期和吸收晚期的乳牙各9颗,用原位杂交方法检测RANKL在人乳牙根生理性吸收不同时期的mRNA表达情况。结果牙髓成纤维细胞、成牙本质细胞、破牙细胞RANKL原位杂交染色阳性,表达高于对照组(P<0.05)。吸收早期与吸收中、晚期比较各种细胞内RANKL表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而吸收中期和吸收晚期各种细胞内的RANKL表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论RANKL参与了破牙细胞性牙根生理性吸收,且促进了破牙细胞的分化。牙周韧带成纤维细胞、牙髓成纤维细胞、成牙本质细胞可能促进了破牙细胞的分化并且部分细胞转化为破牙细胞。 Objective To investigate the function and the expression of RANKL mRNA during different stages of physiological root resorption of human primary teeth. Methods Collected the physiological root resorption of human primary teeth and divided them into 3 groups. RANKL was observed in various stages through in situ hybridization. Results RANKL positive signals were observed in pulp fibroblast, odontoclast and odontoblast in various root resorption which were higher than the control group. The expression of RANKL in different cells of the early stages of primary teeth were significantly different from that of the other two groups (P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no obvious difference between the middle stages and the other period of the resorption of primary teeth ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion RANKL is likely to participate in odontoclastogenesis and activation during the physiological root resorption. Periodontal ligament fibroblast, pulp fibroblast, odontoblast may also improve the odontoclastogenesis and activation and translate into odontoclast.
