摘要
通过实验室缓蚀效果试验和钝化条件试验,确定了丙酮肟作为停用保护缓蚀剂和化学清洗钝化剂的工艺条件。现已成功应用于国产1025t/h亚临界锅炉的长期停用保护(一年以上)和化学清洗钝化处理。它对金属的缓蚀效果优于钝氨液及联氨液。在金属表面形成的钝化膜性能优于联氨钝化膜。
Through the corrosion inhibiting test and the passivation test,the technological parameters for DMKO(dimethyl ketoxime) as corrosion inhibitor (in boiler lay up) and as passivator (in boiler acid cleaning) are deterimined and has been successfully applied in long term lay up (more than one year) and the passivation after chemical cleaning of a 1 025 t/h subcritical boiler.The corrosion inhibiting effect of DMKO is better than those of ammonia liquid and N 2H 4 solution and the performance of the passivating film formed on the surface of metal by DMKO is also belter than that by N 2H 4.
