摘要
在工业用压力机上对AZ80镁合金挤压成形并进行T6热处理,研究T6热处理对材料性能和组织的影响。结果表明:随热处理温度的升高,材料的硬度增大,韧性则降低,而抗拉强度、屈服强度在170℃出现最大值。
Magnesium alloy AZ80 was extruded on the industrial machine and carried out T6 heat treatment. The effects of T6 heat treatment on mechanical properties and microstructure of the materials were studied. The results show that, with the increase of extrusion temperature, the hardness of the material increases, the toughness decreases. The maximum value of tensile strength and yield strength appeares at 170 ℃.
