边频分析在铣床故障诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 对XA6132铣床主轴传动系统的振动进行测定,首先进行信号的频谱分析,观察确认有用后,进行细化处理,然后用边频分析技术对频域信号进行分析,提取信号并分析处理,找出了故障位置,并得到了故障产生的原因。 The vibration of the principal axis drive system of XA6132 milling machine was tested. Frequency analysis to the signal was made, and refined frequency analysis was done for useful signal. The signal of frequency domain was analysed by the use of side-frequency analysis techniques, the useful signal was extracted and analysed. Fault location was identified, and the causes of fail- ure were found.
