摘要
本文应用波特的价值链理论,根据我国的旅游发展状况,构建了我国旅游产业价值链,并通过对价值链的研究与分析,为我国旅游企业进行资源整合提供了依据,并提出了资源整合横向和纵向的模式和旅游产业资源整合的概念。旅游企业应该加快资源整合的步伐,提升竞争力。
On the basis of Porter's Value Chain theory and the review on development of tourism in our state, the paper specifies the value chain of Chinese tourism industry. It suggests tourism enterprises use the brand new value chain to integrate resources. Two ways of integration are proposed-horizontal integration and vertical integration. It finally urges the tourism enterprises to accelerate integration of resources so as strengthen the competitiveness.
