摘要
目的观察前列腺素E1脂质微球载体制剂(LipoPGE1,商品名凯时)对不同时期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及尿蛋白的影响。方法糖尿病肾病患者84例,随机分为试验组(42例)和对照组(42例)。两组患者均根据尿蛋白和肾功能的不同情况再分别分为临床期肾功能正常组和临床期肾功能不全组2个亚组,每组21例。对照组给予保肾排毒中成药及控制血压、血糖等治疗方法,试验组给予LipoPGE1静滴10μg,每日一次,连续4周,余治疗同对照组。观察治疗前及治疗4周后肾功能改善情况。结果与治疗前相比,治疗组24h尿蛋白定量、血清肌酐、尿素氮较治疗前下降,对照组上述指标亦较治疗前下降,但与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义。结论LipoPGE1可进一步改善不同时期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及尿蛋白情况,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effects of prostaglandin E1 lipid microsphere on proteinuria and renal function in the patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 64 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly devided into two groups, including study group and control group. According to the level of proteinuria and renal function, the patients of each group were devided into 2 subgroups （clinical stage with normal and abnormal renal function）. The control groups were treated with Chinese medicine to eliminate the toxicant and control blood pressure and blood sugar levels. The patients in the study group were treated with LipoPGE and the other treatments were the same to control groups. Results After treatment the quantity of urine protein during 24 hours and serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in study group were significantly reduced compared with those of before treatment （P%0. 01）, especially in the subgroup with clinical normal renal function. Those indexes in the controls were also droped, but no significance betweent before and after the treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 could decrease urine protein and improve the renal function at different stage of diabetic nephropathy.
