摘要
心理契约是指组织和员工之间的一种主观心理约定,包括对相互权利、责任的期望及对彼此义务的认知。对部分在杭高职院校教师与学校之间的心理契约现状的调查表明了教师和高职院校两方面心理契约的内容构成和契合程度。高职院校教师和学校之间心理契约的特征是双方对彼此期望和义务认知的集合,其内容构成呈现动态性,并且处在较低的水平。
Psychological Contract indicates that there is a subjective psychological agreement between organization and employees that one should deserve to be rewarded for what have sacrificed for each other, which includes expectation to the mutual right, responsibility and the reorganization of the mutual obligation. The questionnaire of the psychological contract indicates the contents of the composition and the degree of being fit for psychological contract, which existed between teachers and faculties. The conclusion is that the characteristic of psychological contract between teachers and faculties is an aggregation about expectations of each other and realization of obligation. Its contents constitution is dynamic and also at a relatively low level.
