凸极冲击发电机端部结构及磁场分析

摘要 本文采用准三维有限元端部涡流场计算方法。针对一台TF2000-8/2150型凸极冲在发电机的端部结构设计要求,经过理论分析、多种方案计算以及试验验证表明,推荐的端部结构既具有电机端区磁场分布合理、结构件损耗小、温升低,在工程上又具有低成本,工艺上简单易行的特点。所提出的计算方法合理实用,精度完全满足工程计算的要求,可推广应用于定于采用整圆压板的常规凸极同步电机端部磁场计算。 ln this paper,the eddy current magnetic field in end region of generator is analysed by a quasi-3D finite element method.In accordance with design requirement,theoretical analysis,many models calculation and test verification are applied to determination of end structure of a TF2000- 8/21 50 type salient-pole electric generator for impluse test. An optimal end structure, which has reasonable magentic field distribution,low eddy current loss and temperature rise in the structure parts as well as low production cost and simple manufacturing technique is proposed.The test results show analysis and calculating method given in this paper is reasonable and practical .The accuracy meets completely the needs of engineering calculation,and calculating method can be applied to general salient-pole rotor synchronous machine with circular stator clamping ring.
