摘要
介绍了一种新型单管电路拓扑结构——正-反激组合式变换器;详细分析了工作在电流断续状态下的工作原理及参数设计原则;制作了1kW/40kHz的原理样机;给出了实验波形;验证了理论分析的正确性;分析了IGBT作为主功率器件时,提高开关频率的方法;实现了电源轻量化和小型化。
A novel topology——flyforward converter with only one power device is presented.The operation principle and the parameter design rules of this converter at discontinous working mode are analyzed in detail.Simultanously,the prototype of 1kW 40kHz is made and the experimental waveforms are given.The correctness of theoretical analysis is verified.The methods for increasing switching frequency when IGBT is used as main device are also introduced,so that the weight and volume are reduced.
