缝合连接三维编织复合材料弯曲性能试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了缝合密度、搭接长度和编织角对缝合连接三维编织复合材料弯曲性能的影响。实验结果表明,搭接长度和缝合密度对弯曲性能影响较大,不同缝合密度试件的弯曲强度均与搭接长度成正比;搭接长度25、40、55 mm试件的弯曲强度随缝合密度的增加而增大,但编织角35°、搭接长度70 mm试件的弯曲强度随缝合密度的增加而减小,编织角20°、搭接长度70 mm试件的弯曲强度随缝合密度的增大呈现先增大后减小的规律;编织角对搭接长度70 mm试件的弯曲性能影响显著,对于中密度和高密度缝合试件,编织角20°的试件弯曲强度大于编织角35°的试件,而在低密度缝合试件中表现出相反的规律。 The effects of stitching density, lap length and braiding angle on bending property of 3 D braided composites were investigated. The experimental results indicate that lap length and stitching density have great effect on bending property of 3D braided composites, and bending strength of the samples with different stitching density is proportional to lap length ; bending strength of the samples with different lap length(25,40,55 mm respectively) increases with the increase of stitching density, but bending strength of the samples with 70 mm lap length and 35° braiding angle decreases with the increase of stitching density;bending strength of the samples with 70 mm lap length and 20° braiding angle increases first, and then decreases with the increase of stitching density; braiding angle has significant effects on bending property of the samples with 70 mm lap length. For the samples with medium or high stitching density, bending strength of the samples with 20° braiding angle is greater than that with 35 ° braiding angle, while the bending strength of the samples with lower density is on the contrary.
