摘要
大渡河是我国拟建的十二大水电基地之一，干支流水力资源理论蕴藏量和可开发装机为四川省的1／4，接近黄河和珠江。目前，已建成龚嘴和铜街子两座水电站，共装机130万kW。本文以龚嘴、铜街子两座已建电站为母站，利用其发电收益，建设瀑布沟水电站，并为瀑布沟水电站后续电源的建设筹集资金进行了多方案融资途径的研究分析，最后对大渡河水电滚动开发提出了对策与建议。
The Dadu River is one of the twelve hydropower bases planned in China. The theoritical hydropower resources potential in the main river and the developable hydropower is account for 1/4 of that in Sichuan,approaching that of the Yellow River and the Pearl River. There are two Hydropower Stations,Gongzhui and Tongjiezi, on the Dadu river with the installed capacity of 1300MW. The construction of Pubugou Hydropower Station will benifit from the two existed hydropower projects. The analysis of several methods are made in order to raise funds for the construction of successive power source of the Pubugou project. Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are provided for hydropower rolling development at the Dadu River.
