摘要
为了实现大型飞机风洞模型动态视频变形测量,提出并实现了一种新的大幅面高精度的标定方法.该方法以张正友摄像机标定算法为基础,考虑到标定平面模板加工制造中的误差,采用了摄影测量中的光束平差算法来优化初始的标定结果.张正友标定算法只是考虑了镜头的二阶径向畸变,并在镜头畸变模型中加入了径向畸变、切向畸变和薄棱镜畸变的校正.实验表明,所提方法的相对误差小于1/5000,标定误差仅是张正友标定算法的27%,具有较高的测量精度.因此,该大测量幅面标定方法,不仅可以灵活地实现不同测量幅面的精确标定,而且还满足了风洞变形下的不同测量幅面的需求.
To realize three-dimensional videogrammetric vibration measurement of large aeroplane model in wind tunnels, a new large space camera calibration arithmetic is proposed, which considers the calibration board error in manufacture. The initialize calibration result by Zhang Zhengyou calibration arithmetic is optimized by bundle adjustment of the digital close range industry photogrammetry. There are two coefficients of the radial symmetrical distortion for the lens in Zhang zhenyou's method. The error from radially symmetrical, radial asymmetrical and tangential distortions for the lens is eliminated in this method. The experiment show that the precision of this new arithmetic is exceeding of 1/5 000, and the error is only 27% of Zhang Zhengyou calibration arithmetic. The large space camera calibration is achieved with this new calibration arithmetic, which enables to suit the requirements for videogrammetric vibration measurement of large aeroplane model in wind tunnels.
