摘要
目的比较不同厂家蛇胆川贝胶囊中牛磺胆酸钠的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以蛇胆川贝胶囊中牛磺胆酸钠的含量作为评价指标,比较5个不同厂家蛇胆川贝胶囊的质量差异。结果5个厂家生产的蛇胆川贝胶囊中牛磺胆酸钠的含量差异显著。结论建立蛇胆川贝胶囊中有效成分的含量测定方法以评价药物的质量必不可少。
