摘要
串联超级电容器组的电容电压不平衡是阻碍超级电容器储能应用发展的一个重要因素。讨论了常用的超级电容器均压方法,研究了一种新型电容器组电压均衡电路,详细分析了电路的工作原理并进行了实验验证。研究表明,该方法电压均衡速度快、结构简单、易于扩展,且具有较高的应用价值。
Supercapacitor represents one of the newest innovations in the field of electrical energy storage,but the series connection of supercapacitor of unequal C-values can lead to an unequal share of the cell voltages.So in many applicatons,voltage equalization technique should be used.This paper researches the current voltage equalization methods and porposes a novel voltage equalization circuit.Based on analysing the operation principle,experiment is made with prototype.The experhnental results validate the above analysis and disclose the proposed voltage equalization circuit is characterised with rapid euqalization, simple construct and potential application value.
