摘要
环境中的多环芳烃对生物体具有极强的诱变性和致癌性,且较难被生物降解.以萘为研究对象,从某炼油厂石油废水处理工艺的污泥中筛选到1株对萘具有较好降解效果的菌株N 5,观察该菌株生化特征并对其降解条件进行优化.结果表明:在30℃,自然pH,氮源(NH4)2SO4质量浓度为0.3 g/L,接种量为0.5%的最适条件下,菌株对初始质量浓度为50 m g/L的萘在120 h内的降解率高达99.9%,该菌对高质量浓度萘有较好的耐受性.
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are highly mutagenic and carcinogenic and more difficult to be biodegradable in the environment. Naphthalene was used as target to study the biodegradation effectiveness. A naphthalene-degrading strain N5 with better activity was isolated from the oil refinery wastewater, whose characteristics was observed, as well as its biochemical degradation of naphthalene conditions was optimized. The results showed that under the optimum conditions of 30℃, natural pH, (NH4)2SO4 (0. 05 mg/L) and inoculation inoculums (0. 5%) and naphthalene mass concentration of 50 mg/L, the degradation rate of naphthalene reached 99.9% in 120 h, and it was better tolerated the high concentration of naphthalene.
