流动注射-流通式电极法对阳离子表面活性剂的测定 被引量:7

摘要 将流动注射、管状流通式电极与电位计连接,测定水体中阳离子表面活性剂的含量。以二次蒸馏水作为载液,在流速1.5 mL·min^-1,进样体积340μL,管路长度为15 cm的条件下对水样进行测定。结果表明电极在6.4×10^-7-1.6×10^-4mol·L^-1范围内对阳离子表面活性剂具有良好的能斯特响应,响应斜率为-53.07 mV/pcCTMAB,相关系数为0.999 2,加标样品的平均回收率为100%。 A on-line flow injection and ionic selective electrode ( FIA - ISE) method was developed for determination of a cationic surfactant, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide ( CTMAB ), in water by using a self-made tubular polymer sensitivity membrane electrode as detector, connected with flow injection and potentiometer. The detection of CTMAB was performed by using 340 μL sampling volume and 15 cm length of disperse coil, and employing double distilled water as carrier stream with a flow rate of 1.5 mL·min^-1. The electrode showed Nernst response for CTMAB over the concentration range of 6.4 ×10^-7 -1.6 × 10^-4 mol·L^-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 2 at a slope of -53.07 mV/pcCTMAB. The spiked average recovery was near 100%. The method was simple, rapid, and could be applied in the determination of CTMAB in water sample.
