雷公藤多甙对雌性大鼠不良反应的实验研究 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨雷公藤多甙对雌性大鼠所造成的不良反应。方法以30只雌性Wistar大鼠为研究对象,雷公藤多甙片连续灌胃30 d,观察不同剂量条件下大鼠阴道脱落细胞涂片、体重、子宫指数、卵巢指数、卵巢功能、肝脏损害及卵巢组织形态学变化。结果雷公藤多甙可致大鼠动情周期紊乱或缺失、体重下降、卵巢功能减退、出现肝脏毒性,并引起卵巢组织形态学的显著改变,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论80 mg·kg-1·d-1的雷公藤多甙作用30 d后即可引起大鼠出现明显的卵巢功能衰退、肝肺损伤及卵巢组织形态学改变。该模型的生殖内分泌及病理组织学变化与人类使用雷公藤所致的病变过程相似。 Objective To investigate the adverse effect induced by Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum lesions to the female rat. Methods 30 female Wistar rats were intragastriced administration with Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum everyday for 30 days at different doses. The effects of administration of Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum at different doses on Pap smear, uterine index, ovarian index, weight, ovarian function and the changes of ovarian histomorphology were observed. Results Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum induced estrous cycle disorder or failure, body weight decrease, ovarian function and obvious hepatoxicity damage. The changes showed significant difference from those of control group. Conclusion 80 mg·kg^-1·d^-1 dose of Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum can lead to obvious damage to the function of ovary in a 30 day treatment. The pathological changes of reproductive system in this model are similar with that of Glucosidorum Tripterygll Totorum induced process in human.
