摘要
研究了不同强度电麻醉对西伯利亚鲟幼鱼行为特性与血清离子浓度的影响。西伯利亚鲟电麻醉阶段包括部分失去平衡期、完全失去平衡期、完全麻醉期和鳃动停止期等4个时期。电麻醉时西伯利亚鲟呈现趋阳性;随着电压升高,到达各麻醉阶段时间与恢复时间逐渐缩短。西伯利亚鲟到达完全麻醉期时问在15V、20V、25V、35V组间均有显著差异,在30V与35V时分别仅为97.0s和68.8s,而恢复时间为0s。各试验组西伯利亚鲟在电麻醉时鳃动频率均增加,而恢复阶段均降低。电麻醉对西伯利亚鲟摄食与活动状态均无显著影响。随着电压升高,钾离子与镁离子浓度先下降后上升,钙离子则先上升后下降。钠离子与氯离子浓度变化较大,均是15V组时浓度最低,20V时浓度最高。磷离子浓度呈现增高趋势。pH值在麻醉后降低,对照组与其余各组均有显著性差异。因此西伯利亚鲟幼鱼适宜电麻醉强度为25~30V,电麻醉是种较好的麻醉方法,具有广泛的应用前景。
Effects of electroanesthesia on behavior and serum iron concentration of juvenile Acipenser baeri have been studied. Electroanesthesia phases could be divided into four stages,including partial loss of equilibrium, complete loss of equilibrium, complete anaesthesia and opercular movements stop stage. A. baeri appeared positive reaction during electroanesthesia. The time of A. baeri reaching every anaesthesia stage and recovering natural state would be gradually decreased along with voltage increased. For A. baeri, it took only 97.0 seconds to reach complete anaesthesia stage in 30 V group and 68.8 seconds in 35 V group, while recovering time was 0 second. Opercular movement frequency of A. baeri increased in every group during electroanesthesia, while frequency decreased during renewing stage. There are no remarkable effects on feeding behavior and activity of A. baeri after electroanesthesia. K^+ and Mg^2+ level firstly decreased and then increased, while Ca^2+ firstly increased and then decreased. Na^+ and CI level changed most greatly, both of them the lowest was in 15 V group and the highest was in 20 V group, P^3+ level increased with voltage increased. The value of pH decreased after anaesthesia, and there was significant difference between control group and the other groups. This study showed that electroanesthesia was a good anaesthesia method. The optimal voltage of electroanesthesia in A. baeri was from 25 V to 30 V.
