摘要
目的:确定高原健康成人QTd的正常值;方法:选择移居10年以上或世居海拔3000~3300m高原的健康成人150例,常规记录三导同步12导联心电图,测定QTd、QTcd、JTd、JTcd等4项参数,比较世居组与移居组、不同年龄组、不同性别组、高原与平原健康成人组,判定其统计学意义;结果:①高原健康成人QTd、JTd范围20~60ms,均值分别为44.30±9.49ms、42.81±11.53ms,与平原健康成人比较显著增高;②QTd各参数均值随增龄呈递增趋势,然统计学处理QTd、JTd仅20~与60~岁组、QTcd20~、30~、40~与60~岁组有显著性差异外,其余组间比较无统计学意义;③世居与移居组、不同性别间无显著差异:结论:采用标准差单侧正常范困计算法,得出高原健康成人QTd、QTcd、JTd、JTcd正常上限值分别为59.91ms、66.10ms、61.78ms、63.32ms,较平原健康成人显著增大。
To measure the normal value of QTd in healthy adult at high altitude. Methods:150 subjects who have migrated to high altitude (3000~3300m)for over 10 years of native were examined with 12 lead ECG on QTd, QTcd, JTd, JTcd etc as routive, and the comparation was taken between migrators and native,Same as between altitude group and sea level group. Results:Mean value of QTd and JTd (44.30±9.49ms and 42.81±11.53ms) in high altitude group was higher than that of sea level group. Mean value of QTd,JTd were increased by greater age and there is a obvious difference compared between 20~, 30~, 40~ and 60~ year-age seperatly.There no is significant statistically between men and women in native and migrators. Conclusions:Value of QTd,QTcd,JTd,JTcd were higher in high altitude healthy adult than that of sea level control.
