摘要
为评估雪崩灾害对道路工程方案的影响与危害,基于多时相高分辨率IKONOS卫星立体图像或机载激光雷达数据生成雪崩灾害区域高密度、高精度数字地面模型(DEM)与高分辨率数字正射影像(DOM),自动提取雪崩灾害的成灾与孕灾因子,并进行量化动态分析,采用层次分析法构建雪崩灾害加权评估模型,实现工程选址及方案比选与优化设计。该方法在西藏墨脱公路的应用表明,雪崩灾害的遥感量化分析与评估,全面、准确地对区域雪崩灾害进行了定性与定量分析,科学、合理地确定了工程方案。
In order to evaluate the disaster and its influence of the snow avalanches to road engineering, the disaster factors of the snow avalanche were extracted automatically, the quantitative dynamic analysis were studied, and the hazard weighted evaluation model was constructed by AHP method with high-accuracy DEM and high-resolution DOM that were generated by the multi-temporal high-resolution IKONOS stereo imagery and LIDAR data, therefore, the road engineering location can be selected and the route scheme comparison and optimization can be achieved. The application to Motuo Road, Tibet of China, has shown that the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the snow avalanches in the engineering areas have been done comprehensively and accurately with remote sensing, and the schemes both the Motuo Road and its Galongla tunnel have been determined scientifically and reasonably.
