摘要
作为公共服务的主要组成部分,公共信息服务以社会综合服务需求为出发点,是信息社会中政府部门所应提供的基础服务。但在目前的公共信息服务中信息的针对性、时效性和表现形式等方面缺乏公众的认同,因此可以考虑引入市场机制,由政府部门和相关企业共同合作,以提升公共信息服务的质量和效率,并为其他公共服务的市场化提供借鉴经验。
As an important part of public service, and regarding the demand for integrated social service as the starting point, public information service is the basic service provided by the governmental department in information society. However, in the present public information service, the pertinence, timeliness and representation of information are not accepted by the public. Therefore, the marketization mechanism may be introduced to improve the quantity and efficiency of public information service through the cooperation between the governmental department and the related enterprises. The other public services may use this for reference.
