摘要
目的:了解天津市区成人膳食维生素B1摄入情况,为合理膳食提供依据。方法:7日膳食记录法和1日双份饭菜化学分析法。结果:每标准人日维生素B1摄入量按两种方法调查结果分别为0.81和0.94mg,达供给量标准分别为67.5%和78.3%,化学分析法结果高于记录法,但两者均低于1992年营养调查结果(P<0.05);各级劳动强度人群的维生素B1的摄入量均未达到供给量标准。结论:在天津市区成人中存在着不同程度的维生素B1摄入不足,为此应在膳食中注意减少精加工米面摄入,适当增加粗杂粮摄入,同时建议研制开发强化维生素B1的米面,以增加维生素B1的摄入量。
Objective: In order to have a comprehensive view on the intake of dietary thiamin in Tianjin urban adults and provide basis for reasonable diet Methods: The dietary recording method for 7 days and the method of chemical analysis for duplicate mealsResults: According to the survey result of the recording method, the intake of thiamin per reference man per day was 081mg which only reached 675% of the RDA, while the result of the analytical method was 094mg which reached 783% of the RDA The result of duplicate plate method was higher than the recording method's However, they were both lower than the result in 1992(P<005) The intake of thiamin in all kinds of labour intensity people didn't attain the RDA Conclution: There was an insufficiency of thiamin intake in different degree in Tianjin urban adultsSo people should increase the intake of coarse grains and decrease the intake of refined rice and flour We suggest that thiamin be enriched to the normal level in refined cereals
