摘要
从树立服务理念和创新意识、不断提高现代化技术的操作技能和语言应用能力、注意提高知识素养以及培养良好的信息素养4个方面,论述了高校图书馆员提高自身素养以适应新时期图书馆发展需要的问题。
From four aspects of establishing the service concept and innovation consciousness, strengthening the modern technical operation ability and verbal ability, paying attention to the improvement of knowledge background, and cultivating the good information literacy, this paper discusses the problem of how to improve the quality of university librarians in the new period.
