摘要
在股骨颈前后位和侧位Ｘ线摄片上分别测量股骨颈投影前倾角和颈干角后，根据人体股骨颈的解剖特点，利用三维立体几何推断，准确地修正出股骨颈前倾角的真实角度，通过数学推导和数据处理，绘制成曲线图和对照表，直观地说明了股骨颈在Ｘ线摄片上的投影前倾角与实际前倾角之间的关系。分析了特殊方位时前倾角的计算问题并讨论了误差产生的原因。
The paper introduces a simple method for measurement and correction of cervicofemoral anteversion angle in which no special equipment is required.It is practical and convenient. After projected anteversion and neck-shaft angles of the femoral neck,are measured on the anteroposterior and lateral roentgenograms,graphs and mathematical formulas have been prepared with which one can readily determine the correct angle of anteversion.This paper analyses the calculation when the cervicofemoral angle is in a special position and also discusses the causes of errors.
