摘要
总结了12例慢性根尖周炎年轻恒牙牙髓牙根再生术的护理配合。术前与患儿和家长充分沟通,与患儿建立友好信任的关系,教会患儿配合手术治疗,术中严格执行无菌操作,严密观察患儿全身情况,熟练地掌握手术过程的每一步骤,迅速、准确地配合医生,提高工作效率。12例中有3例患儿牙根生长,根尖孔封闭,牙髓活力检测同对照牙。
This paper summarizes nursing of 12 patients receiving treatment of dental pulp revascularization of immature teeth with apical periodontitis. Preoperative nursing care included communicating with children patients and their parents,establishing the friendly relationship,teaching children how to cope with operation. During the operation,strict aseptic technique and physical condition observation were indispensable,and nurses should be familiar with each step of the operation to cooperate with surgeons promptly. Through treatment and nursing care,3 cases completed root development and root tip-hole closed,The outcomes of electrical pulp test were the same to the control teeth.
