摘要
总结了47例短缩-延长肢体治疗胫骨骨缺损合并软组织缺损的术后护理和观察重点。术后严密观察血管、神经、外固定架针道、足背动脉及胫后动脉的变化,早期果断处理,保护软组织的血运,认真执行短缩-延长技术;根据手术情况,指导和加强术后功能训练,促进血液循环,促进软组织的生长;有效减少或预防并发症的发生,使患者功能得以恢复。
The paper summarizes the nursing care of patients with tibial bone and soft-tissue defects managed by shortening-lengthening technique, using Orthofix Limb Reconstruction System. The nursing care points included postoperative monitoring of neurovascular status and pin tract discharge, guidance of rehabilitation program. Good nursing care could reduce postoperative complications effectively.
