摘要
目的：概述氟康唑在眼科的研究进展。方法：参考近５年的文献结合自己的研究工作，介绍氟康唑的制剂开发、作用机制及在眼科中的药动学、药效学与临床应用。结果：氟康唑具有抗菌谱广、性质稳定、水溶性好、组织分布广、眼穿透性强等特点，可口服、静注与局部应用。治疗眼部真菌感染，疗效好，副作用少。
OBJECTIVE:To brief the advancement of research on ophthalmic uses of fluconazole.METHODS:To review the development in fluconazole preparations,its mechanism,ophthalmic pharmacokinetics,pharmacodynamics and clinical uses in ophthalmology.RESULTS:Fluconazole is an antifungal agent with excellent ocular penetration.The ophthalmic solutions is an effective drug in treatment of ocular fungal infections.CONCLUSION:Fluconazole possesses a good prospect in treatment of ocular fungal infections.
