耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌SCCmec中ccr复合体基因型分析 被引量:1

Study on ccr gene complex of SCCmec element in methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus

摘要 目的了解MRSA临床株葡萄球菌盒染色体mec(SCCmec)中盒染色体重组酶(ccr)复合体型别的特点。方法收集MRSA临床株78株,应用多重引物PCR扩增ccr复合体各型中的特异性序列,确定ccr型别。结果78株MRSA中,1株ccr1(1.28%)、3株ccr2(3.85%)、11株ccr3(14.10%)、3株ccr5(3.85%)。52株同时携带两种及以上ccr基因,其中50株携带ccr3、ccr5(64.10%)、1株携带ccr2、ccr5(1.28%)、1株携带ccr2、ccr3、ccr5(1.28%),另有8株未检测到ccr基因。结论本研究中MRSA的ccr基因型以ccr3、ccr5复合型为主,并可能存在一些新型ccr复合体。 Objective To study the genotypic characteristics of ccr gene complex of SCCmec element in clinical isolates of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus'aureus (MRSA). Method 78 clinical MRSA. isolates were collected for ccr genotyping by multiplex PCR. Results Among 78 MRSA isolates, isolates carried both type 3 ccr and type 5 ccr (n =50, 64.10% ) were widely distributed. Six minor types were also detected, namely type 1 ccr (n = 1,1.28% ), type 2 ccr (n=3,3.85%), type 3 ccr (n= 11,14.10%), type 5 ccr (n= 3,3.85%), type 2 ccr and 5 ccr (n= 1, 1.28% ), type 2 ccr, type 3 ccr and type 5 ccr (n = 1,1.28%). None of ccr gene complex could be detected in 8isolates. Conclusions Type 3 ccr and 5 ccr in isolates are the predominant genotypes of ccr gene complex circulating in this study. In addition, some new types of ccr gene complex may exist.
