本文将数值分析方法与混合变量多目标最优化设计方法结合起来,应用于传感器的研究中,有效地解决了系列电极电容传感器的计算、设计问题。
This paper combines the optimum design methods of multi-objectsand mixed-variables with the numerical computational methods,applies it in researching transducers and completes effectively the calculation and design of capacitive transducer with the serial electrode form.
