脑卒中对血糖、异柠檬酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶的影响

摘要 目的研究脑卒中患者血糖(BS)、异柠檬酸脱氢酶(IDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平的变化。方法采用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测67例非糖尿病性脑卒中患者的血糖水平,根据血糖值分为高血糖组(41例)和正常血糖组(26例),另设24例体检健康者为对照组,用比色法检测血清IDH、LDH水平,用琼脂糖凝胶电泳法测定乳酸脱氢酶同工酶(LDH-同工酶)。结果与对照组及正常血糖组相比,高血糖组患者血清IDH、LDH水平显著增高,P<0.01;对照组与正常血糖组相比较,差异无显著性。结论脑卒中可影响患者BS、血清IDH及LDH水平,非糖尿病脑卒中患者的BS、IDH、LDH水平高,病情较重。 Objective To investigate the changes of blood sugar (BS), Isocitrate Dehydrogenast (IDH) and Lactate Dehydrogenast (LDH) level in the patients with acute stroke. Methods 67 acute stroke patients who had no diabetes mellitus history were examined BS by Glucose Oxidase method. According to the BS values, patients were divided into two groups: hyperglycemia group (n=41) and normal BS group (n=26). 24 health persons were control group. Serum IDH and LDH were examined by colorimetry and LDH isoenzymes were examined by agarose gel. Results The IDH, LDH level were significantly higher in the cases of hyperglycemia group than those in the normal BS group and control group (P〈0.01). The IDH, LDH level had no differences bewteen normal BS group and control group. Conclusion There are changes of BS, IDH, LDH in the patients with acute stroke. The acute stroke patients who have no diabietes mellitus have higher levels of BS, IDH, LDH and worse clinical conditions.
