摘要 采用问卷调查法,考察藏族中学生个性、自我及适应的发展特点,结果发现:各年级在个性的内外倾、意志、乐观—悲观、责任、耐挫折和独立方面存在显著差异;自我呈现U字型发展趋势;不同年级在情绪适应、人际适应、学习适应和社会适应方面存在显著差异;个性中的意志、责任、耐挫折和乐观—悲观,以及自我中的自我认知、自我评价和自我调控,对适应有显著的预测作用。 Based on questionnaires, an investigation of the development and relationship of Tibetan middle school students' personality, self and adaptation was made. The findings are as follows: There were obvious differences in introversion-extroversion, will, optimism-pessimism, obligation, frustration endurance and independence among different grades; Tendency of development of U pattern self; There were obvious differences in emotional adaptation, interpersonal adaptation, study adaptation, social adaptation among different grades; Will, obligation, frustration endurance and optimism-pessimism in personality, and self-cognition, self-evaluation and self-regnlation in self, played a significant predictable role in adaptation.
