摘要
采用问卷调查法,考察藏族中学生个性、自我及适应的发展特点,结果发现:各年级在个性的内外倾、意志、乐观—悲观、责任、耐挫折和独立方面存在显著差异;自我呈现U字型发展趋势;不同年级在情绪适应、人际适应、学习适应和社会适应方面存在显著差异;个性中的意志、责任、耐挫折和乐观—悲观,以及自我中的自我认知、自我评价和自我调控,对适应有显著的预测作用。
Based on questionnaires, an investigation of the development and relationship of Tibetan middle school students＇ personality, self and adaptation was made. The findings are as follows： There were obvious differences in introversion-extroversion, will, optimism-pessimism, obligation, frustration endurance and independence among different grades; Tendency of development of U pattern self; There were obvious differences in emotional adaptation, interpersonal adaptation, study adaptation, social adaptation among different grades; Will, obligation, frustration endurance and optimism-pessimism in personality, and self-cognition, self-evaluation and self-regnlation in self, played a significant predictable role in adaptation.
