摘要
38例原发大肠癌切除标本以过氧化酶免疫组化方法,检测多药耐药基因(mdr1)表达物P糖蛋白(Pgp)。Pgp/mdr1阳性表达率为63.2%,其中直肠癌的阳性率为60%,结肠癌69%。11例患者同时检测肿瘤组织及正常大肠粘膜Pgp的表达。正常粘膜仅3例阳性,肿瘤组织9例阳性,Pgp在肿瘤组织中阳性表达明显增高(P<0.05)。而Pgp/mdr1表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、大小、Dukes分期。
The expression of the mdr1 gene, a multidrug resistance gene, was determined in 38 primary colorectal carcinoma specimens with peroxide immunohistochemical detection of Pglycoprotein in tissues. Pgp/mdr1 expressed in 63.2% of the patients, with an expression in 60% of rectum cancer and in 69% of colon cancer. In eleven cases either colon tumor tissues and normal colon epithelium were examined, the Pgp expression was confirmed in 3 cases of normal colon epithelium and 9 cases of colon tumor tissue, with a significant increased expression of Pgp in tumor tissue (P<0.05). The expression of Pgp/mdr1 was correlated with clinical and histological data. The results showed that mdr1 gene expression was independent of age and sex of the patients, size and histological grading of the tumor, lymph node involvement and distant metastasis.
