Structural improvement and experimental study on a newtype of vibrating screen based on PKM

摘要 针对一种全新的依靠并联机构实现平移加转动三维运动振动筛即并联运动振动筛运行过程中出现的问题,对振动筛的结构进行优化改进,从影响筛分效率的因素入手,对主机构参数和运动参数进行优化设计和对比实验,找到了其最佳运行参数,从而揭示了并联运动振动筛特有的筛分特性和规律,从而验证了并联运动振动筛的良好的透筛环境和高效筛分能力。 In view of the problems existed in a newtype vibrating screen based on PKM(Parallel Kinetic Mechanism) which can achieve three-dimensional movement including rotation and parallel movement, the structure of the screen is improved. Proceed from the factors which effect on the screening efficiency, the parameters of the main mechanism and movement were optimized, and then the contrastexperiments were carried out. The ideal work parameters were found and the feature of this newtype vibrating screen based on PKM was revealed, so as to test and verify that this newtype screen has an excellent performance in screening circumstance and efficiency.
