介绍了废钢破碎机的工作原理,阐述了废钢破碎机转子系统虚拟样机建模过程,以FPY2026废钢破碎机为例,对稳态空载运行和启动工况进行了模拟,获得了其轴承座载荷、转子系统挠度和驱动功率等主要参数性能,为物理样机的开发和和性能优化提供了依据。
The configuration and the working principle of the scrap crusher are introduced. Its rotor virtual prototype is built according to the parameters of FPY2026 crusher and main parameters are acquired, such as force on bearing bock, rotor deflection, driving power and so on. This provides the basis for the development and optimization of the crusher.
