摘要
YB55型盒外透明纸包装机采用的手动式透明纸拼接装置,每次停机更换透明纸时,会造成上游主机停机约2 m in,影响设备的有效作业率,且造成原材料浪费。为此,研制了一套透明纸自动拼接装置,实现了透明纸卷转换过程中的自动拼接。拼接形式仍采用烙铁热熔粘合方式,机械传动部分采用摆杆式结构,由3个气缸组件作为执行元件,分别完成粘合和切割动作。该装置结构简单,操作方便,经过实际应用表明,透明纸拼接过程由原来的80~120 s次/,减少到5~10 s次/,提高了设备运行效率,减少了因停机而造成的原材料消耗。
YB55 film wrapper adopted manually operated film splicing device,the upstream machine would be shutdown for 2 minutes at each film replacing,which affected machine efficiency and resulted in material waste.Therefore,an automatic film splicing device was developed,the film was spliced via heating by a heater,and operated by a piston mechanism composed of 3 cylinder assemblies to implement film bonding and cutting action respectively.That device is simple in structure and convenient in operation.The practical application indicated that the time needed for each film splicing was reduced from 80-120s to 5-10s,the running efficiency of the machine was improved,and the material waste caused by machine shutdown were also decreased.
