摘要
提出了一种工程实用性强的飞机翼面结构布局优化方法。将机翼布局优化问题分解为拓扑优化与尺寸优化两个优化子问题来处理:尺寸优化采用成熟的准则法来处理;根据基结构法思想将拓扑优化转化为N根翼梁的0/1规划问题,并采用改进的蚁群算法来处理。为了加快蚁群算法的进化速度,避免重复计算,引入了蚂蚁路径数据库。算例结果表明:改进的蚁群算法有较高的效率;所提结构布局优化方法减重效果明显,是可行和有效的。
Aiming to study the optimal number of spars in the aircraft wing conceptual design process, this paper offered a new layout optimization method in detail for practical aircraft engineering, the problem of layout optimization was decomposed into two subsystem problems: sizing optimization and topology optimization. The matured criteria method was used to solve the first problem and the latter was transfered to the 0/1 program problem of N spars which was solved by ground structure approach combined an improved ant colony algorithm. With the introduction of the past ant--route database, the unnecessary repeated computation of objection can be avoided and therefore the effectiveness was improved greatly. Finally, the optimal number of wing spars and the optimal size of component of wing were achieved simultaneously when the ant colony reached convergence. The numerical example shows that the method proposed is effective and feasible for solving complex optimization and has good efficiency in the cutting of weight.
