摘要
本文首先简要回顾了我国资产证券化试点的发展过程,然后着重分析了我国资产证券化过程中存在的二级市场流动性低的各种原因。在此基础上,提出了提高资产证券化二级市场流动性的一些方法。
This paper first introduces the process of trial and development of the asset securitization in China. Secondly, the author emphasizes on the analysis of the reasons why there exists low liquidity in the secondary market during the process of asset securitization and then gives the suggestions of improve the liquidity in the secondary market.
