摘要
近年来人们研究辐射对晶状体的影响已取得了很大的进展,流行病学的调查表明辐射对晶状体会造成损伤,出现混浊,其影响有累积效应和远期效应;病理机制研究方面,辐射会影响细胞分裂和DNA的合成,干扰细胞的增殖活动。但辐射对晶状体损伤的确切机制和人眼接触微波的安全阀剂量等还有待进一步深入研究。
In recent years great advances has been made regarding effects of radiation on lens. Epidemiological survey indicated that radiation could cause damages on lens with appearance of turbidity that the influences had cumulative and long-dated effects. From the aspect of pathology, radiation would have an impact on cell division and DNA synthesis as well as interference of cell proliferation. However, the exact mechanism of damages on lens caused by radiation and the safe dosage contacting to human eyes are still uncertain, and further researches are needed.
