摘要
高职院校辅导员是保证高职院校学生健康成长成才的重要力量,他们只有根据新形势的发展需要,不断调整工作思路,做到整体教育与个体教育的融合、课堂教育与社会实践教育的融合、科学教育与科学管理的融合、团队教育与目标教育的融合、网络教育与自我教育的融合,才能充分发挥好辅导员的教育功能和作用。
Vocational college counselors serve as the force of guaranteeing students healthy development. Only by adjusting their thoughts to the new situation, by combining group and individual education, class and society education, scientific education and management, team and target education, internet and self-teaching education can counselors play a full and effective role.
