摘要
三十年来,云南省地质勘查业改革发展经历了1979—1984年的起步阶段,1985—1991年的探索阶段,1992—1999年的转折阶段,2000—2008年的攻坚阶段。改革开放三十年,发现和探明了一大批矿产资源,拓宽了地质工作服务领域,为全省经济建设作出了重要贡献。目前云南省地质勘查业尚存在着诸如地质勘查体制和机制、地勘单位改革与发展等方面的问题,需要靠深化改革和加快发展来加以解决。
Over the past three decades,the reform and development of Yunnan provincial geological prospecting sector has undergone four phases,these are:the initial phase between1979 and1984;the exploration phase between 1985 and1991;the transition phase between 1992 and1999;assaulting fortification phase between 2000 and 2008.Through thirty years' reform and opening up,a large number of proven mineral resources has discovered ;and the service areas of geological work have been broadened;all of this has made important contributions to the provincial economic development.Finally,the paper points out some problems that must be addressed for improving the development of geological prospecting industry in Yunnan province.
