摘要
"建设社会主义新农村"是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务。要按照生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主的要求,坚持从各地实际出发,尊重农民意愿,扎实稳步推进新农村建设。这是党中央根据当前我国经济社会发展形势做出的一个重大战略决策。
Building a new socialist countryside is an important historical task of our modernization drive. To achieve this goal, we should take action according to local conditions and respect the will of farmers, and stick to the principle of striving for advanced productivity, a moderately rich life, civilized customs, clean villages and democratic administration. This is a major strategy set by the central committee of the CPC in line with the present situation of our economic and social development.
